Laminated
Our laminated spools are a great solution for packaging wire, cable and rope products. We can customize all aspects of our spools, including but not limited to, the flange thickness, arbor hole, drive pin hole and optional cable feed hole (start hole) to suit the needs of the client. We are also able to mark each flange with your company logo if requested, either for exposure purposes or to help support a spool return program if your company has one in place.
Construction:
- Flanges are made of locally sourced SPF or cedar lumber used in a 2-ply construction
- Barrel staves can be machine cut to the required curvature and thickness
- Spools are bored to client specifications for drive, tie-off and start holes

OSB/Plywood/Cedar
OSB, plywood and cedar spools are an affordable solution for a wide range of light weight wire and cable applications. These spools can be customized in the same fashion as our laminated offerings.
Construction:
- Flanges are manufactured from OSB/plywood or 2-ply cedar dependent on application type
- Fiber tubing or wood stave (lathe) drum options are available dependent on application type
